This artwork is inspired by the Qur’an verse from Surah Aal-Imran (3:37): “Whenever Zakariya entered upon her in the prayer chamber, he found with her provision. He said, ‘O Mary, from where is this for you?’ She said, ‘It is from Allah. Indeed, Allah provides for whom He wills without measure.’” The verse reflects the divine honor granted to Mary (Maryam), peace be upon her, when Prophet Zakariya would enter her place of worship and find provisions that were out of season. When he asked about their source, she replied that they were from God, who grants sustenance to whom He wills without limit. The piece merges classical Arabic calligraphy with contemporary artistic composition, creating a visual reflection of the profound spiritual meaning of the verse.
