Fair and Hassle-Free Returns 

• Faulty or Damaged Artwork: Contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will replace defective items at no extra cost if the error is ours. 

• Replacement Only: Refunds are not offered; replacements are provided for works of equal value, if available. 

• Return Process: Return the artwork in its original packaging. If a shipment arrives damaged, refuse it, and the courier will return it. 

• Customer Responsibility: Any customs, shipping, or additional fees due to returns are borne by the customer.
